Help with Cycli, privacy, and your data

For app support, privacy questions, or data deletion requests, email cycli@magnalucra.com. Include a description of the issue, but do not send cycle records, health logs, private notes, or sharing credentials by email.

Privacy

Read the Cycli Privacy Policy to learn what stays on your device, what optional reporting may send, and what is stored when you share a profile.

Delete Your Data

Local cycle records and health logs are stored on your device. Delete or edit profiles and records in the app, or remove the app and clear its app data to remove all local Cycli data.

If you shared a profile, stop sharing before deleting the local profile or app. This removes the server copy associated with the active share code. You may also email us at cycli@magnalucra.com to request deletion of shared profile data.

Stop Sharing

On the device that created the share, open Cycli, go to Profiles, select the shared profile, open its sharing controls, and select Stop Sharing. The share code will stop working and the server copy will be deleted.
