1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Cycli ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Not Medical Advice

The App provides general cycle tracking and wellness information based on commonly cited patterns in menstrual health literature. Nothing in this App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Do not use the App to make medical decisions without consulting a qualified healthcare professional
If you have concerns about your menstrual health, fertility, or reproductive health, consult a doctor or gynaecologist
Phase recommendations and symptom suggestions are general in nature and do not account for your individual medical history

3. Not a Contraceptive

Cycli cannot and must not be relied upon as a method of birth control or contraception. Fertility window predictions are estimates based on statistical averages. Individual cycles vary. The App provides no guarantee of pregnancy prevention. Always use medically approved contraception if you wish to avoid pregnancy.

4. Children and Teen Users

Cycli supports users aged 9 and over. Users under 16, or below the digital consent age in their country, may use the app only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf. Profile sharing by users under 16 requires confirmation by a parent or guardian.

5. Pro Upgrades

Pro upgrades and subscriptions are not offered in this release.

6. Profile Sharing

When you share a profile, a copy of that profile's data is stored on our servers under a randomly generated code. You grant us permission to store and transmit that data for the purpose of sharing. You are responsible for only sharing profiles with people you trust. You can revoke sharing at any time.

7. Your Data Backup and Migration

Your local Cycli data is stored on your device. You are responsible for creating and keeping your own backups and for moving your data to a new device using the export and import tools provided in the App. The App may crash, lose data, be unavailable, or be removed from your device at any time. We cannot recover local data that has not been backed up by you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to Cycli. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cycli and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including but not limited to health outcomes, unintended pregnancy, or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
